M.M. Commodities. established in 2002 and is the trading arm of M. M. Group importing/exporting wheat and coal alongside the export of rice. The company has cemented major success in Rice Export. M.M. Commodities is three times recipient of Export Trophies for the year 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 from the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) . M.M Commodities received the Rice Export Association of Pakistan (REAP) Trophy for the 2002-03 and the Achievers of Industrial Excellence Trophies in 2006 by Ceylon Chamber of Commerce to S.A.A.R.C countries. The Company achieved the Best Exporter Gold Medal of the year 2009 from the Karachi Chambers of Commerce & Industry (K.C.C.I) . M.M. Commodities has its own Storage Parks consisting of several warehouses located in the various Industrial Zones of Port Qasim – primarily on main Port Qasim Road – which are used to store various commodities such as Wheat, Sugar, Rice, Canola and other commodities. Due to their prime location and capacity of 600,000 Square Feet, the group sometimes rents these warehouses to the Government and other third parties to assist them in maintaining supply.
